LOOKING FORWARD TO APRIL
I came back from my trip to Florida on Monday. It was a successful trip. I visited with my dad (for two days) in Englewood. I got him some items for his rehab center like a TV, lap top and storage material as well as snacks. My dad had pneumonia and is currently recuperating.
We went to see the aquarium in Tampa on one of the brightest days in April. There was a 3-D wildlife show about penguins which shook and sprayed water #veryrealistic.
I learned this fun trick for taking pictures in a dark space where the person taking the picture tells the models to hold a flashlight to their face creating a spotlight effect.

I'm glad you could get your dad some things to make him more comfortable. I hope he recovers quickly.
ReplyDeleteIndeed Karen. My dad deserves a lot, raised four kids from different families is a great feat.
DeleteGlad you were able to get to see your Dad and make him more comfortable. I will see my mother in Florida for the first time since Covid started next month. Have a wonderful week!

Wow, what a coincidence that your brother lives in Tampa. Yes, every time I go there I see something new and I'm sure next time I'll find a few more things.
DeleteI'm glad you had a good trip and your dad is getting better. Happy Easter. I hope the Easter bunny brought you some goodies.
ReplyDeleteI can’t find your pictures of the models with flashlit faces — but it’s intriguing.
