Sacrifice

Is it selfish to want good for someone else?
Is it utter selfishness to believe someone deserves better than you?
Sacrifice is selfishness in itself.
By humbling yourself,
You're trying to make yourself feel good.
Sometimes it works.

Improv Comedy prompt

Improv Comedy did a prompt on the phrase "Sand gets in your (blank)

It went something like this: Sand gets in your hair, your hair gets in your face, your face gets in other people's faces, their faces get mad.  Mad makes people want to shout, shouting starts a protest, protesting starts violence, violence gets you kicked out of candy stores.  Getting kicked out of candy stores makes you have headaches.  Headaches can't be relieved by Midol.  Midol is for Crampy Ladies.  Crampy ladies look bloated.  Bloated makes your face look puffy.  Puffy is the worst name for a rapper.  Rapper's nicknames should be names like Wilma and Fred.  Wilma and Fred are my next door neighbors.  My neighbors don't own the Bedrock.  The Bedrock is a hard place.  Getting in a hard place causes people to write prompts called:

Sand gets in your (blank).
