G is for Going back to a favorite post.

My theme this year is Anything Wirter(ly)  

I wrote this post back in December and I love it because it's about my two favorite things:Dancing and Basketball 

We watched the NBA game on December 25th.   Basketball is one of my favorite sports. My alumna high school won the state championship four years in a row, and in the past I would watch every game from the sidelines and wait for my dance team to perform at half time.  Needless to say we were die hard fans. 

 But it was the Cavaliers that we watched on the 25th: the Cleveland Cavaliers against Miami Heat.  Lebron James joins Irving and Kevin Love for what is supposed to be the best offensive team in the league.  Lebron had played for Miami Heat in years past.  So far in his career he's made two titles and has had a 27 game winning streak at one point. 

 Although I love the NBA, I also love college basketball and I'm keeping my eye on Duke's player Tyus Jones.  I watched him at a high school championship a couple years in Minnesota and I love seeing him play in the NBA. My brother and I make it a habit to go to the Target Center every year during Finals Season to watch High school games even if our Alumna school doesn't make it to the championship.
