Journaling Body Flow at the gym  the other day, i felt i was amongst some of the strongest women, women,who use their bodies in a fine feat, in love and hope, bending and twisting their body with such a degree, that it makes you love and delight everything about yourself.. when you do Body flow you have the ground.  You are wearing tight flitting clothes that show up your muscles .  Clothes that show off neck and every muscle you can imagine...You imagine your muscles and the way they work, as you hold positions and
movements, and just SHOW off... Some people can do the movements and some people CAn't either way, you can see, im teaching, and I'm getting in front of people and risking it all, im telling them something, and they are listening, and sometimes when I teaching...I just look out in to the distance, i don't even care,  my whole body is listening.
